CONFERENCING AT THE WESTFORD HOTEL Our world class conference facilities offer top quality conferencing at the best value. The Main Conference Room seats 80 delegates Cinema Style and 80 Delegates seated Banqueting Style. The 2 meeting rooms are more intimate able to take a maximum of 30 delegates for business meetings, training sessions and workshops, strategy sessions and lekgotlas.
Confererence from R 200.00 per delegate (Half day) R 250.00 per delegate (Full day) Half day - Incl. 2 x refreshments (teas, coffees, juices with scones, muffins and sandwiches. 3 course lunch , mints, 2 bottled waters per delegate, stationery, screen, flip charts, venue hire.
